Blue Bistro SG Cafe was set up to provide quality and value for money meatless food that will appeal to both vegetarian and non-vegetarian foodies. Founded by a group of friends who have been full-time vegetarians for more than a decade, we do not use any meat, garlic, onion, chives, shallot and leek in our cooking. Here at Blue Bistro SG Cafe, we serve authentic East and West cuisines with a vegetarian twist.
Take our signature dish for instance, the Blue Rice set. Prepared in the ‘Kelantanese-Thai’ influenced style, perfectly cooked long grain basmati rice stained in the essence of the butterfly pea flowers is served with air-fried vegetarian fish, boiled okra and our special sambal. Topped with pan-fried grated coconut, chopped kaffir lime leaves and ginger flower bud and then finished with a freshly squeezed lime, the dish is an assortment of smells and flavours that will entice and satisfy any taste bud.

From the traditional Malay dish of ‘Nasi Lemak’ and ‘Tahu Goreng’ to the Italian inspired ‘Lasagne’, we have a range of selection in our menu to satisfy every foodie – a full-timer or the occasional vegetarian and even a first-timer.
